Enabling and disabling advanced features

Are you having trouble using our forms?

Recently, we have added the ability to enable advanced features on your account. The advanced features allow the participant access to the online booking tool. If you are having trouble with this, please see the guide below.

Enable advanced features guide

  1. Visit the form in your favorite browser. If you are accessing the webpage via Gmail built-in browser, you must open the webpage up in device browser.
  2. Enter the participant’s membership number, date of birth, and email address.
  3. Click ‘Next’.
  4. If the details are correct, you will be presented a verification box.
  5. If the details are incorrect, you will be presented an error message. You may try again.
  6. Visit your email client and wait until you receive your verification email. This may take a few minutes.
  7. When you receive your verification code, you should return back to the same browser you submitted the form on. You cannot switch browsers and/or devices during this process.
  8. Enter the verification code.
  9. If the verification code matches, you will be presented a success message plus we an email is sent confirming the changes.
  10. If the verification code does not match, you will be presented an error message. You may try up to 3 times before you will need to restart the form.

Disable advanced features guide

  1. Visit the form in your favorite browser. If you are accessing the webpage via Gmail built-in browser, you must open the webpage up in device browser.
  2. Enter the participant’s membership number, date of birth, and email address.
  3. Click ‘Next’.
  4. If the details are correct, you will be presented a success message plus we an email is sent confirming the changes.
  5. If the details are incorrect, you will be presented an error message where you can try again.

When you have chosen to enabled advanced features, your membership will be searchable on the online booking form. When using the booking form, if both membership number and date of birth match the details on your membership, the participant’s forename and surname will be shown. You can prevent this by disabling advanced features, however, you will no longer have the ability to book your sessions online.

You have supplied the incorrect detail upon registering?

If you have accidentally used the incorrect details when you registered, you have two options to change your details. You may visit us in store and we can change the details at reception or you email us and we will contact you to change your details. In both cases, you will be required to anwer security questions on your account before any details are changed.
