Have you forgotten your membership number?
We have a tool that allows you to search for a participant membership number.
Prerequisites
In order for the membership number to be returned you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You must be able to proved the correct answer for all fields on the form.
Completing the form
- Visit the form in your favorite browser.
- Enter the participant’s first name (labeled as forename), last name (labeled as surname), date of birth, and email address.
- Click ‘Next’.
- If the details are correct, you will be presented a their membership number.
- Many members will have more than one membership number associated with their account. If this is the case, we willl highlight the most used membership number.
You have supplied the incorrect detail upon registering?
If you have accidentally used the incorrect details when you registered, you have two options to change your details. You may visit us in store and we can change the details at reception or you email
us and we will contact you to change your details. In both cases, you will be required to answer security questions on your account before any details are changed.
